Microgreens:
Microgreens are herbs and vegetables that have just grown their 1st set of true leaves. Packed with flavor & nutrients our microgreens are great for garnishes, salads, and toppings.
Choose from our colorful mixes that are ready to go or order a custom mix from our select microgreens. Our microgreens are delivered alive, so you can harvest them fresh when they are the most flavorful and nutritious.
All of our crops are grown from heirloom GMO free seeds. We do not use pesticides. We do not process or package our produce. Everything is farm fresh. Microgreens are delivered alive on sheet pans.
We grow the microgreens on a soilless bio-material based substrate. You can harvest your microgreens as you need them by cutting the stems just above the base with scissors then, rinse and serve.
Your microgreens should be harvested right away, but depending upon heat and hydration levels they should keep well for a few days without the need of refrigeration. If kept refrigerated and hydrated they can last up to 3 weeks.
